 POSTPARTUM Services

• Feeding support.
• Support with the emotional and physical recovery after birth.
• Light housekeeping (this may include , laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Assistance with newborn care (this may include diapering, bathing, feeding, and comforting).
• Light meal and snack preparation.
• Baby soothing techniques.
• Referrals to local resources such as but not limited to parenting classes, lactation support, and other parenting support groups offered in Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville.
• One on One time for you with other siblings as I care for the baby.
• Overnight support.

Day Time Doula Support $30 per hour.

Hours can be used over multiple days. Visits are usually 3-4 hours in length. 

Overnight Doula Support. $32 per hour.
