Refresh Your Knowledge "The Basics" $1000

• One prenatal visit to discuss pregnancy, birth wishes, and questions/concerns.
• Available for text, calls, & emails during pregnancy and postpartum period.
• Postpartum planning package to create a proactive action plan.
• On call support from 38 weeks until birth.
• Continuous and dedicated support when active labour begins.
• Physical support during labour, (this may include position suggestions/changes, massage, breathing techniques)
• Informational support (providing evidence based research to help you make informed decisions)
• Emotional support (supporting you and your partner (if applicable), providing encouragement and guidance)
• Immediate postpartum support following labour to establish breastfeeding and ensure you're comfortable
• One follow up visit to discuss your birth, answer any questions, and close off time together
              

            This package is best suited for parents who have previously navigated labour and birth

Build Your Foundation "The Fundamentals" $1250

• Two-Three prenatal visits with in depth conversations surrounding pregnancy, birth wishes, understanding the process of labour, pain management, comfort techniques/positions, breathing techniques, the emotional processing of this monumental experience, questions, and concerns.

Double The Support "The Duo" $1550  (Shared Doula Care)
