Emily Spencer - Birth + Postpartum Doula
I’m Emily, owner and doula behind The Wellness Doula. Born and raised in Hamilton, a mom of three, and thrilled to be serving families through out the Hamilton and surrounding areas. My passion is to provide evidence based care for parents as they enter this new transition. Not sure what knowledge or support you need? Let me guide and prepare you for the phases and stages of labour, different coping strategies, pain management options, and what to expect after baby has arrived. When we are prepared for birth and life with a newborn we can approach labour with a positive mindset.
